The Symposium Rate is $99.00 per night, for 1 King or 2 Double bed occupancy.  
       The Symposium Rate is available if booked no later than 5pm CST, February 6th, 2014.  
       Symposium Rates extend 3 days before and after the event, subject to availability.
       Make your reservations directly by phone with the Sheraton (between 8am and 5pm, M-F).
 
   January Update:  some special rate rooms are sold out,  see matching options at the nearby Holilday Inn Express (below)

Clinics will be held in the Mezzanine area,  Vendors in the 4000sq ft Galleria Ballroom.
