This railroad route is built for operations over the 29 acres, from one end to the another. The main terminus is Phelps, which includes the Roundhouse, Turntable, Shop and storage barns. There are now three branch lines, and various locations along the main line. As the plan shows, this is not a circle of track.
Trains normally run on TimeTable schedule and travel East or West out of Phelps. The above plan is current except for two details: the passing side and turntable at Clear Lake are completed, and the new Car Barn located at the end of the storage spur lead, above the Roundhouse.
