These pages were setup to assist the Clifford family in the sale of the HO railroad of their family member. Mr. Clifford was a model railroader for 40 years and built several home layouts. His most recent layout before his passing, was a medium size HO layout in an upstairs game room area, about 16ft x 30ft. This layout features a long track run, traveling around the room and out on two peninsulas, with early stages of scenery and ground cover. There is a large selection of buildings on the layout, many have lights. There are several engines, most are DCC equipped, various with sound. Along with a good numbers of freight cars, including many new in the box. Being a long time model builder, there is also a large selection of parts, paints, detail items and building materials. The layout was powered by a robust NCE DCC system with both wired and wireless throttles. The railroad has a Bruce Chubb train track detection system, with JLC Enterprises components. There is an interface to control the individual building lights, plus Arduino sound boards.

This Estate Sale happened on the above dates, morning and afternoon windows. This will was a cash only Estate Sale, items to be reviewed and purchased on site. All sales final. The layout is in Comfort, Texas. For security, the address was only be sent in email to those who registered. The layout is upstairs - thus is not handicap accessible for some. This was an ‘Estate Sale’ and not an open house. Everything must go - that means the layout too !
The sale dates have past. Various items are still available. The layout itself, the track, switches and bench work still need to be removed (scrapped). If you have serious interest or questions about any items, if serious with options for scrapping the layout for what you can get, then email the web-master with your questions and include details.
