We had a busy month.  I did some ditching while Jack was gone.  I dumped by the trestle for most loads
 but took one to a field trail where it crossed the tracks.  Next up was cleaning the moss off the ground at Clear Lake.
It got dumped by the trestle also.  Jack and I worked on ballasting and tie replacement on the CBE branch.
Jack re-worked the field trail next to the track, as water was running off it and washing into the ties.  #25 poses next
to the trail.  We stopped here!  A shot of Jack, resting on the end car for the trip back to the barn.  More ballasting
on the CBE as we found some more bad ties.  A shot of the first switchback on the CBE branch.  Then we put new ties
in as needed.  More CBE branch ballasting took place.  We moved on to the cut at Phelps to do moss removal and ditching.
Got some done before we wore out. The 28th worked more on the cut.  I dumped it up on the CBE Branch fill.  -  Tom
