F Units Get Painted

It’s time for painting and Barry has put on the initial coats of paint on his first A and B unit.

The folks at Bogs Locomotive Works paint shop thought you might like to see the F units in the paint and finish stage. It is still

very much a work in progress, with many details yet to come, but it is shaping up. James did a great job on the decals and

I have been installing them over the last three days. The last of them are drying now. This whole project has taken much longer

than I expected, with all the details there are to make and install. I know now why I like steam much better! I will update you

again when I get the wheels under them and they are on their maiden voyage. Well, enough slacking, back to work....!
