Dec. 20th, Brayden G. came over and we started to fire up #10
and wait for Marty K. to come. He had a friend coming over. I met John A. and we had a nice conversation while Brayden G. took care of #10. Marty K. with his grandson Noah arrived. He did some silver soldering I needed, on the air pump output side and got the small piece out of the wedge and silver soldered on a nipple for me so I could put an elbow and a piece of pipe to direct the steam off to the side. The air pump worked so we ran a passenger special to Clear Lake and back. John A did a video of us and loaded to his YouTube page (see link below). Dec. 28-31st, saw various work around the roundhouse and on #7, #10, #25 and #559. Worked on the air brake cylinder pressure value on #10 and ran a final Extra for the year - Tom |
