had Dan (a wood worker) over
building new doors for stalls one & two.
I replumbed the old air pump for #10, as the old pump is a right side mount and 10 has left side mounting. The output side needs Marty to pull apart the little piece left in to the wedge that goes into the port.
Brayden and I got #521 out of the tie barn and brought it
to the roundhouse to re-supply the stove wood
as Dan burned up a lot to keep warm. We moved #7 out of stall 4 to get #521 in to unload it. After unloaded, we spotted #521 outside House 7 and cleaned the wood shavings out and 3 mouse nests. Next up was putting the plow blade on gon #501 for the winter. Then moved #10 from stall 5 to stall 4 by filling the boiler with air and put #7 in stall 5 with air. It is easier to get an engine hot in stall 4 than 5 and I hope #10 will be our work engine till we get the pumps back - Tom |
